Trauma-informed, neuro-inclusive support

Healthier, safer and more sustainable workplaces

At Bargate Wellbeing Services, we combine psychologically informed practice with real-world workplace understanding helping organisations  create healthier, safer and more sustainable workplace cultures. Unlike traditional training and wellbeing providers, our approach bridges the gap between:

  • Wellbeing and performance
  • Leadership and psychological safety
  • Neuro-inclusion and practical workplace support
  • Trauma-informed approach and sustainable workplace culture

Our Services

Counselling

We offer confidential, professionally qualified counselling for employees, available online, by telephone, or face to face in Southampton.

Whether your team members need one-off sessions, short-term support, or longer-term therapeutic work, our practitioners provide a warm, relational approach grounded in clinical excellence.

All sessions are fully confidential, enabling staff to engage honestly and without concern.

Training & Workshops

We specialise in neurodiversity awareness and trauma-informed workplace practice, equipping managers, HR teams, and wider staff with meaningful, practical knowledge.

Our training ranges from 60-minute awareness sessions and half-day workshops to fully bespoke programmes designed around your organisation's context, culture, and goals, always rooted in up-to-date research and lived experience.

Training is delivered face to face across Hampshire, Dorset and the South, or online to suit your organisation.

Trauma-Informed Leadership Development

Today's leaders are navigating increasing levels of uncertainty, change, stress, and complexity.

Bargate's Trauma-Informed Leadership Programme helps leaders understand how experiences, environments, and nervous systems influence how people engage, communicate, perform, and respond to challenge at work.

The programme equips leaders to create psychologically safe, supportive workplaces while maintaining accountability and organisational objectives.

Management Consultations

Supporting leaders to navigate complex wellbeing, neurodiversity, and people-related challenges with confidence.

Our consultation service provides practical, psychologically informed guidance for managers facing real workplace situations, from supporting employees experiencing stress to navigating neurodivergence, considering reasonable adjustments, or preparing for difficult conversations.

Consultations provide a confidential space to explore options, build confidence, and identify appropriate next steps.

Rebecca Webb

I am a qualified relational, humanistic counsellor and psychotherapist with a degree based in Transactional Analysis.

Transactional Analysis is a model which focuses on how we interact with others as well as how we see ourselves, others and the world. By reflecting on our thinking, feeling and behaviours we can address those aspects which are blocking us from being able to address current difficulties or perhaps from achieving our potential. I will share this knowledge with you where it would be helpful, to enable you to develop tools that you can use in everyday life beyond the completion of our work. My approach is collaborative, based in my belief that each person has their own inner knowing and wisdom. However sometimes we need an independently trained person to assist us.

I work in a relational way, which means I value the relationship we build. I will aim to build a strong, honest and trusting relationship with you, so together we might find some new ways for you to manage, or change the difficulties that have led you to seek help and support. I am trained and experienced in addiction, gambling, substance misuse, depression, anxiety, self-harm, grief/loss, OCD, isolation, anger, trauma, developmental/early relational trauma, working relationships, abusive and coercive relationships.

You can trust that whoever you work with at Thrive Wellbeing is there to offer a safe, confidential, and respectful space.
